Happy Tuesday! Feeling better and wanted to share a peek of Christmas in our new home. Since moving into this new “older” home on March 1st of this year, we have done ALOT! Putting on a new roof, painting the whole interior, doors, trim, adding new higher baseboards, installing hardwoods in all bedrooms upstairs, new carpeting, new blinds, new hardware and faucets, whew! I’m sure I am missing a few things, but none-the-less, we have been busy here at this house trying to make it feel like our home. I got excited to decorate for Christmas here being that it is a new place, and so I started to deck the halls in mid November! I want to share some photos with you! Enjoy!
I have plans for this marble around the fireplace, its not my taste at all….. I will feature the new and improved fireplace as a blog post in the future!
I saw this cute lil jingle bell garland on Pinterest! I had all the supplies on hand and thought I would make it. It is so simple! You just need about 10-15 mini jingle bells and twine, yarn, ribbon, or whatever you have on hand. Tie knots around each bell and evenly space them out.
Please don’t mind that big crack in the cement! We are fixing that come this spring!
I found these antique skis at a garage sale for a client, but the client didn’t want them, so they became mine! This was the perfect pop of red for my front porch!
Thanks for stopping by and peeking at a few rooms of Christmas Cheer in our new home! Please check back weekly, I am planning on doing my next few blog posts to feature “before and afters” of more of our home!
